Our people

Our people make the difference. We only provide leading industry experts who have the experience and insight to deliver practical, value creating solutions – we do not employ junior or support staff.  Clients can be confident that the consultant they meet initially will be the same consultant who actually delivers their assignment.

Our approach

Coleago recognises that all businesses are different and provides tailored solutions to meet specific needs. However, we have often seen problems or similar problems before and have an extensive library of processes, modeling tools, templates and benchmarks which we can deploy quickly to ensure the best results are delivered as efficiently as possible.

Our rigorous analytical approach to resolving clients’ problems, often including detailed financial modeling, and our ability to communicate our ideas clearly and concisely are reflected in the two books co-authored for the The Economist by Stefan Zehle and Graham Friend, Coleago’s co-founders.

Our advice

Coleago focuses only on providing independent advice - we have no commercial links to any infrastructure vendors or equipment providers. Our consultants work alongside clients as “one of the team” to ensure that their recommendations are realistic, practical and achievable.
