Coleago's consultants have worked in operations, including senior roles such as Directors and Board Members. We have provided extensive operational support at managerial and Director levels. Clients value our experience and willingness to get to grips with tasks quickly. The following examples illustrate our hands-on approach:- Having won a new mobile licence in Algeria based on Coleago’s business plan, the client retained Coleago consultants for the roles of Director of Strategy, Marketing and Sales and the CTO on an interim basis. The consultants where the first people on the ground and built the organisation from scratch and saw it through to launch and the first year of operation.
- Following a business planning assignment for a new mobile operation, Coleago went on to write the RFP for a turnkey installation and managed the vendor selection. The network was launched on time and after six month of operation was ahead of plan.
