AWS Spectrum Auction in the USA
The client, Cincinnati Bell Wireless, had to evaluate whether to bid for additional Advanced Wireless Services spectrum in the largest spectrum auction in the US. In the Cincinnati area several licences covering different geographic areas and with different amounts of spectrum were on offer.
