Telecoms Mini MBA
The Telecoms Mini-MBA is aimed at managers and executives in organisations working within the telecoms, media, and technology sectors and has a commercial rather than technical focus. The course aims to deliver a distilled MBA focusing on the skills relevant to strategy, marketing, commerce and business planning. The programme can be delivered over 3, 4 or 5 days and modules can be combined to provide bespoke commercial, strategic or finance for non-financial manager courses. The course is normally delivered as an in-house training solution although we do deliver the programme as a public programme through partners in Asia and Africa.
