Our people
Our people make the difference. We only provide leading industry experts who have the experience and insight to deliver practical, value creating solutions – we do not employ junior or support staff. Our consultants have a minimum of 10 years' experience and many have over 20 years, much of it working in operations at CxO level. Because of Coleago’s experience based consulting approach, clients can be confident that the consultant they meet initially will be the same consultant who actually delivers their assignment.
Our approach
Coleago recognises that all businesses are different and provides tailored solutions to meet specific needs. However, we have often seen problems or similar problems before and have an extensive library of processes, modelling tools, templates and benchmarks which we can deploy quickly to ensure the best results are delivered as efficiently as possible.
